Before you create your event
Do my guests need to create an account to upload photos? +
No. They just open the link or scan your event's QR code from their phone and upload their photos, videos, or messages directly.
How long is the album available for? +
It depends on your plan: 30, 90, or 365 days from when you create the event. After that, guest access closes, but you can still view and download everything from your host dashboard.
What happens if my plan's storage fills up? +
Each plan has a storage limit (5, 25, or 100 GB). Once it's reached, new uploads are paused until you free up space or upgrade your plan.
Can I moderate what guests upload? +
Yes. You can review content before it appears in the public album and hide anything you don't want to keep.
Does it work for weddings, graduations, communions, and other events? +
